Her professional journey was built through long-standing experience in the corporate world, including Garuda Indonesia, with experience as a First Class Flight Attendant, part of the Lufthansa Consulting Team, and Senior Public Relations.
Since 2013, Irma has focused on human and organizational development through training, coaching, facilitation, and consulting, with experience facilitating more than 100 training batches.
Currently, through PT Varana Mulya Global, she develops programs and approaches in Human Development, Learning, Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Service Excellence, while building partnerships with corporations, government, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), and educational institutions.
