Ardalan Memar Zia is an international advisor, trainer, and implementation specialist in Project Management, Green Project Management (GPM), Sustainability, and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) with over 30 years of professional experience in project management, organizational implementation, and team leadership across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Offshore Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Project Management System and Information (PMS+), reinforced by professional training and certifications in Green Project Management, ESG, commissioning, and project systems.

In his professional practice, Ardalan integrates project governance, planning & control, risk management, change management, sustainability, low-carbon energy solutions, social responsibility, and ESG principles to help organizations manage projects purposefully while creating sustainable economic, environmental, and social value.

His experience spans project management, EPC/EPCC project execution, commissioning, system completion, project controls, QA/QC, stakeholder and contractor coordination, as well as project handover and transition to operations across major international energy and industrial projects.

Beyond consulting and implementation, Ardalan brings rich experience in developing and delivering professional, technical, and vocational learning programs. His approach translates complex management principles into practical, actionable capabilities in the workplace and organization.

Through training centre experience, collaborations with UTHM University, and initiatives involving Istanbul University, Ardalan contributes to course and program development, trainer development, assessment, competency assurance, and human and team growth. His work also encompasses GPM collaboration with UTHM and Istanbul University in R&D relating to new energy sources.

Ardalan’s value-driven and human-centered approach focuses on strengthening leadership, ethical decision-making, communication, collaboration, and organizational maturity. For him, project success is defined not only by hitting targets, but by the capacity of people and organizations to grow together throughout the process (“People and projects grow together”).

He is also the author of “No Human Is a Spare Part: What Modern Organizations Forget About People, Trust, and Performance” and “The Project Completion Law Book”, reflecting his deep commitment to the nexus between people, work, systems, and organizational success.

Dr. Maria Theresia Widyastuti is a transformation strategist, organizational development expert, executive coach, and sociopreneur with over 30 years of experience across human capital, leadership, Service Excellence, coaching, wellbeing, and social impact development.

She is the Founder & Chief Transformation Officer of Wisdom Transformation Institute (WTI), where she leads selective initiatives bridging personal transformation, organizational capability building, cultural wisdom, and sustainable impact. Her professional career spans corporate leadership and high-level consulting engagements across private enterprises, government bodies, academia, communities, and cultural institutions.

Her areas of contribution encompass organizational transformation, human capital development, leadership development, executive coaching, Service Excellence, wellbeing, social impact, and cross-cultural collaborations.

She also currently serves as Secretary General of UNIMA Indonesia and member of the Asia Pacific Commission, UNIMA International.

Dr. Baharuddin is an educator, trainer, facilitator, and human capital development specialist with a distinguished professional career spanning over 35 years since 1977. His journey covers higher education, corporate training, leadership development, Human Resources, Service Excellence, communication, and organizational development.

He has extensive experience as a Facilitator and Instructor at the Garuda Indonesia Training Center (1984–2004), and has served as Director and instructor at PT Widya Bangun Persada since 2004. In academia, he previously served as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Communication and Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at Ibnu Chaldun University Jakarta, and currently serves as a senior lecturer and academic leader at STIE Trianandra Jakarta.

His teaching, facilitation, and training expertise encompasses Human Resources Management, Human Capital Management, Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring & Counseling, Training for Trainers (TFT), Service Excellence, Corporate Culture, Managing Change, Knowledge Management, Performance Management, Customer Service Management, Communication, Negotiation, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behaviour.

With a robust background combining deep academic knowledge, corporate field practice, and high-level facilitation, Dr. Baharuddin brings strong strategic perspectives to empower individuals and organizations in developing capability, leadership, professionalism, and organizational culture.

Reni K. Ashuri is a Doctoral Candidate in Islamic Banking and Finance (FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta), Certified Financial Planner, Islamic Financial Planner, and Financial & Business Coach practicing professionally as a financial planner since 2012. She has over 14 years of experience delivering education, training, and strategic advisory in financial planning, including retirement readiness, early retirement, and transition planning.

Reni has extensive experience facilitating Retirement Preparation Programs (PPP) across various corporations and institutions, including government bodies, private sector companies, universities, and other key industries. Her experience encompasses pre-retirement mentoring for university faculty and staff, particularly in preparing financial strategies and post-retirement business opportunities.

In her collaborative engagements with Varana Mulya Global, Reni has facilitated numerous Retirement Preparation programs, providing crucial perspectives and practical preparation regarding financial readiness as an integral part of life transitions post-career.

Beyond financial planning, Reni brings extensive experience as a Business Coach, having coached over 15,000 MSMEs across Indonesia through comprehensive training and mentoring initiatives. She actively serves as an instructor and facilitator in educational and competency development programs in financial planning.

Currently, Reni serves as Head of Sharia Financial Planning Development at FPSB Indonesia, actively advancing Islamic financial planning standards and endowment (waqf) literacy.

Setyasnomo is a learning and development professional with extensive experience in Service Excellence, leadership development, hospitality, business development, and aviation training. The majority of his professional career was built at PT Garuda Indonesia, holding strategic roles in training, leadership development, hospitality, commercial training, service, sales & marketing, and airline business.

He has served as Assistant Vice President Airline Business Training, Senior Manager Leadership & Commercial Training, Senior Manager Hospitality Training, and Training Expert in Service, Sales & Marketing, and Leadership at Garuda Indonesia.

Beyond corporate practice, Setyasnomo actively contributes to professional development across SOEs (BUMN), government ministries and agencies, financial institutions, universities, and other organizations, including international training delivery across Asia and Europe. Currently, he serves as a lecturer at Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (Department of Transportation) and is actively involved in professional competency development and assessment.

As one of the mentors in Irma Sandra's early journey in learning, service, and human development, his wisdom, experience, and perspective form an integral part of the learning foundation that inspires Varana's journey.

Diah Ayu Olif is a professional in strategic branding, marketing, personal branding, business development, and learning and development, with cross-sector experience in strategy development, communication, project coordination, training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement. She possesses extensive professional experience in brand strategy, marketing, product development, business development, project management, training, coaching, and communication, including accompanying organizations, communities, MSMEs, and various community development and entrepreneurship initiatives.

Her professional career spans roles as Strategic Partner for AI & Startup Research Collaboration, Business Development Director for Indonesian export development, Head of Training and Development, Marketing Director, Brand Strategy Consultant, Project Consultant, and Founder & Chairwoman of a foundation. This experience demonstrates her capability to connect strategy, human development, communication, branding, and program implementation. In learning delivery, Olif has developed and facilitated training, coaching, mentoring, leadership development, business development, marketing, and capacity-building programs for individuals and organizations, including MSMEs, women, people with disabilities, and youth.

Her background as a flight attendant with Emirates Airlines and Singapore Airlines provides direct experience in premium international service and hospitality environments, including passenger safety, customer care, in-flight service, cabin maintenance, and teamwork. Olif's approach combines strategic thinking, creativity, communication, people development, and practical implementation to help individuals and organizations build strong positioning, enhance capabilities, and create sustainable impact. She is also active in professional organizations and communities with international experience in leadership development, marketing, entrepreneurship, and professional development.
